Hear from Bitty Foods’ Megan Miller, an expert on the future of protein (crickets?); Adam Zbar who’s attacking inefficiencies in how grocery stores are modeled; IDEO food scientist Dr. Lauren Shimek; Williams-Sonoma President Janet Hayes; and eco-rabble rouser, Douglas Gayeton.
